My job is to help my students discover who they are as artists

I deeply enjoy serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Design at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth,Texas.

I conduct classes in Illustration: Digital Techniques, Introduction to Computer Graphics, Drawing for Design and Color and Light Theory.

 

There's never a time that I'm not nervous before a class begins, never a time that I'm not looking forward to seeing what my students have created and hearing what they have to say. The moment the lightbulb goes off and they see the beautiful work that they've created after trial and effort is very rewarding.

 

Teaching is the greatest, most challenging adventure I have experienced professionally. I find that the more I teach,

the more I have to learn.
